Cancellation fee

Dear friends and clients I’m really sad that I have to do this but due to being regularly let down by people booking in for appointments and cancelling them at the last minute , from now on treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will require a fifty percent payment before any future appointments are booked in . With such short notice I am unable to cover the time slots with another appointment and am losing income especially during winter months when the room needs to be heated up in preparation.

Unfortunately a lot of businesses are having to do this.
